All orders are processed with 5 working days and despatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you are unlikely to be at home at the time of delivery, please let us know at the time ordering by completing the ‘Any Additional Details’ and specifying a safe place for the parcel to be left.
Receiving Your Kit
If purchasing a seedkit with the intented date of opening more than 1 month away – please ensure the kit is kept in a cool location. Seeds can lose their viability if exposed to warm temperatures. A Utility Cupboard should be fine. Inform the recipient of the seed kit that a similar practice should be followed. If purchasing a Venus Flytrap kit – the cooler the better (without freezing).
